Artwork and Logo Submission

In order to expedite your product order, please follow the guidelines setforth as they relate to submitting computer generated artwork.

Supported Software

The following software is supported by Premier Products and Promotions (Mac and PC):

4 Adobe Illustrator
4 Adobe PageMaker
4 Adobe PhotoShop
4 Corel Draw
4 Macromedia Freehand
4 Quark XPress

When submitting digital art in the above software, please include all fonts and images. It is preferred that all copy and text be converted to outlines.

Supported File Formats

For best results, art files should be submitted in a vector format (Illustrator, Freehand, or Corel Draw) EPS.

Photoshop TIFF, JPEG, and EPS image files are acceptable as long as they are created at 600 dpi (dots per inch) or higher.

GIF, BMP (bitmap) and JPEG (72 dpi or lower) images are not acceptable due to the poor quality of these graphics.

Images that are placed into such programs as Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint are also not acceptable. These programs do not produce a high imprint quality.

File Submission

Clients may submit artwork files on the following media:

4 3.5" floppy disk (Mac or PC)
4 Zip disks
4 *E-mail
4 Color separated camera ready art (or for single color imprint - B&W laser print)

* When submitting artwork via e-mail please indicate the program and version used

Give yourself three weeks on an order

Some items can be produced in 24-48 hours, but you are limited to fewer items, along with extra charges for rush service and shipping. All these things cost you added money.

Whatever is to be imprinted must be clear artwork

No fax copies. A clean laser print will work. Also art can be sumitted on disc in the following formats: (Mac and PC ) Adobe Illustrator EPS or Tiff.

If possible, keep your copy colors to one

Two at the most. Remember when using more than one color you may incur additional charges for imprinting per item, set up and color separations.
